the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Lee County Homeless Coalition and West Broward YMCA.
As former Chamber Membership Director and a graduate of Cape Coral’s Leadership Program, I have been actively involved in City Development and the Chamber of Commerce Junior Leadership Program.
Blessed to be working among those that take time to recognize accomplishments, I’ve received the Cape Coral Association of Realtors Humanitarian Award, the American Express Global Citizen of the Year Award featured in the Wall Street Journal, and several Chairman’s Awards. Most important to me is the West Broward YMCA Coach of the Year award. Having grown up in Florida without a dad, I coached sports for more than 30 years. The importance of youth mentorship is on my heart and I help build these programs when I’m not building careers!
I have three grown, successful boys & two grandchildren that call me “Pops.” I’m a certified Dave Ramsey Master Coach and have had the pleasure of serving in the United States Navy.

As former CEO for Keller Williams Elite Realty, I more than doubled franchise profits. Personally, I’ve done everything I’m asking you to do, and did it as a single mom. Having procured an impressive $42 million my first year in the RE development business, I don’t believe in limits. Coaches are springing up all over the place. Make sure you have one that’s done the job at a higher level than you – otherwise you’ll only succeed to their limits.
Being coached in sales changed my world. The strategy & accountability insured my dreams. Earning wealth was never my priority, but living my best life within God’s will – maximizing the talents He gave me was. I also received a certified coaching designation with the International Coaching Alliance in 2005. I’m a life-long learner who lives to take clients into their highest and best talents.
