I’m a passionate business performer from Washington, D.C., who has headed solid entrepreneurial sales ventures for more than 30 years. I bring intense focus, proven sales techniques and creative operational applications to traditional industries.
Your industry and market are changing. I thrive in those arenas. Having been a strategist & coach to strong entrepreneurs for the past 12 years, I’ve led more than 1,120 successful business owners.
As former CEO of an International Real Estate Company Franchise with more than 150,000 agents world-wide, I more than doubled franchise profits in less than 36 months. Personally, I’ve done everything I will coach you to do, and did it as a single mom. Having procured an impressive $42 million my first year in the RE development business, I don’t believe in limits.
Being coached in sales changed my world. The strategy & accountability insured my dreams. Earning wealth was never my priority, but living my best life within God’s will – maximizing the talents He gave me, was. I have been one-on-one coached by MAPS© and The Mike Ferry Organization©, Dan Lier Sales & Leadership Expert, Tony Robbins and John Maxwell. I also received a certified coaching designation with the International Coaching Alliance in 2005.
I’m a life-long learner who lives to take clients into their highest and best talents. I am also a proud mom of an FSU-graduate (go ‘Noles), a singer in my church choir, a server to ministries & missions close to my heart, and a perplexed observer of the constant line for In-N-Out Burger.

I have never conformed to business norms, but naturally set new standards of performance. I believe that routinely leveling-up increases impact. Places I’ve had impact include: our successful family Real Estate Brokerage – Miloff Aubuchon Realty in Southwest Florida, local Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and the Lee County Homeless Coalition.
As former Chamber of Commerce Membership Director, I have been actively involved in City Development & Leadership Programs in Southwest Florida.
Blessed to be working among those that take time to recognize accomplishments, I’ve received the Cape Coral Association of Realtors Humanitarian Award, the American Express Global Citizen of the Year Award featured in the Wall Street Journal, and several Chairman’s Awards. Most important to me is the West Broward YMCA Coach of the Year award. Having grown up in Florida without a dad, I coached sports for more than 30 years. The importance of youth mentorship is on my heart and I help build these programs when I’m not building careers!
I have three grown, successful boys & two grandchildren that call me “Pops.” I’m a certified Dave Ramsey Master Coach and have had the pleasure of serving in the United States Navy.
