Is it for me?

Bootcamp is for producing agents who have done transactions. This may overwhelm you if you are brand new in the business. Agents that run teams, local brokers and serious, growth-minded agents find it invaluable.

Where is it held?

Bootcamp is a LIVE event held in Southwest Florida once per year, typically at the Bonita-Estero Realtor Association (Coconut Coast Organization of Realtors), NABOR, or the Chamber of Commerce.

How many people attend?

We strictly limit the size of this program to no more than 30 agents at one time. This allows us to custom-strategize with you, personally.

What will I learn?

Exactly what you need to learn to plug holes in your business. You may not even know what those holes are, or you may come knowing that you need: brand refresh, digital marketing mastery, a better listing & pricing/price-adjustment process, a different business mix (e.g. a higher price point), transaction coordination or admin support, strong lead generation & conversion techniques, more efficient processes that are scalable so you don’t get overwhelmed, better planning & budgeting, increased time management, a renewed mind, or a different brokerage/environment to fit your needs. We systematically break down sales, business ownership, all processes, tools and models.

How is this different from other training?

It’s less of a “class” and more of a “retreat experience.” 2) This adventure is led by Coach Kerri who has done everything she’ll be teaching you to do – in your market. She knows the developments, your competition, market nuances and your MLS. There’s no “fluff” here. 3) It’s 8 days – 4 days one week and 4 days the next. We believe that intense immersion without distraction is the best way to knock out business improvements.

As a Broker, should I send my agents?

Yes! We’ve run brokerages and know that any chance you have to leverage training is gold. Come, learn and take it back to your teams, or send your agents and simply enjoy the results. If you want to team-build, bring a few of your top agents with you and go through the program together.

Is there any guarantee?

Of course! After Day 1, if you don’t believe the program can improve your business, we will refund your full registration minus a small fee for materials.
